The poster above Ganondorf's bed changes every time you watch it. (Or at least it used to)
In the first scene in the castle, with Ganondorf's entrance, click the picture in the background to make a bomb appear.
Ganondorf's room includes an XBOX and five books with some humorous titles.
Anywhere in the movie you see Ganondorf's stuffed animal, Ganny, click him to make him squeak.
The room used for the slumber party scene features a poster for the Indigo Go's, even though they aren't from the kingdom of Hyrule.
The same room, on the bed, features plush dolls of Ark, Kerrigan and Joey.
At the credits screen, click Ganny several times to see a short movie about chocolate.
Also at the credits screen, click Luke's shirt (He's the guy handing a flower to Malon) to see a short clip about DJ Luke rockin' the house.

Hopefully this has answered any and all questions about easter eggs.

Mario was black and white because they were sprites from Super Mario Land. If you don't know, it's a gameboy game, and had thr original 8-bit music you heard on piano during that scene.
